The app uses account authentication, MFA checks for sensitive and administrative workflows, access controls, private pawn-image storage, and audit records for the demonstrated workflows. These controls reduce risk but do not make any online system risk-free.
Use a unique password, enable MFA, verify that you are on thetruexchange.com or app.thetruexchange.com, and never share passwords, recovery links, private keys, seed phrases, or authentication codes. TRUEXCHANGE will never request those secrets. Report suspicious activity through Support. Security claims will be independently reviewed before live custody or lending is enabled.
